Due to the recent announcements by our government our showroom is now closed to the general public. We will continue to process online orders and telephone enquiries. If this changes we will post another update.
Our couriers are operating a no sign policy at the moment to reduce contact. If you do not feel comfortable opening your door to a courier driver then they will leave it on you doorstep and confirm your name. Your are not required to sign for the parcel until further notice.

Rother Valley Optics want to reassure you that our shop and internet service is fully functional at this time. We have very high stock levels on most items. We are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously and we are following all guidance that is outlined by the Public Health England and UK Government to help prevent the spread of any infection.
Rother Valley Optics have stringent cleanliness policies in place for all staff and visitors. This includes sanitiser dispensers in 3 locations so staff and visitors can access these easily as well as keeping a safe distance from each other. Public Health England have advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Be assured that your items will have been packed by sanitised hands. We are also getting private infection control advice to make sure we are up to date with any new procedures that needs to be implemented.
Currently our order processing time and speed of deliveries is as usual, and we have no reason to believe this will currently be affected. Our couriers, DPD, have assured us at this point there is no change to their delivery times. We will update you if this should change.
We have plans in place to cover every eventuality, and our support, alongside safety to you is paramount to Rother Valley Optics. We the staff, are here to serve as normal.

Like most businesses, we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will inform you of any changes to our working hours or possible interruptions as and when they occur.
