The Acuter Newtony 50 is a complete fully functional telescope set with the added benefit of a removable discovery panel which reveals the fascinating internal construction

This superb 0.5x focal reducer has been designed to be used with a wide range of modern CCD cameras and eyepieces. The lens has a female 1.25" eyepiece filter thread and can be attached to camera and eyepiece nose barrels to achieve a 50% increase in field of view.

This is a high-quality Antares 1.25 25mm Plossl eyepiece with focusable crosshairs (single), perfect for alignment and tracking. To obtain razor-sharp focusing of the crosshairs, merely turn the upper part of the eyepiece.

The Antares Colour Filters are made from high quality optical glass and allow for maximum contrast on viewing planetary and lunar detail. Individually precision ground, highly polished with maximum light transmission coatings on both sides.

This diagonal is for astronomers who prefer the convenience of 90-degree viewing but want to view a fully corrected image, ie the right way up and not mirror-reversed left to right.
